Today’s reading is from “Little House on the Prairie” by Laura Ingalls Wilder. It has some lovely images – Santa Claus being an accomplished horseman, the little sister who is unable to resist giving her candy “just one lick”, the determination of a neighbour to bring Christmas to the family.
